
MS Balance of State CoC is accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Continuum of Care funding cycle! This funding will renew/fund projects that have end dates in 2018 and continue through 2019. Both renewals and reallocated projects must complete the application.

The release of the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) registration notice often marks a stressful time for communities. It begins the process of rigorous examination of data, assessment of priorities, and ultimately the need to make tough decisions at the program and system level.

Our current membership year will end June 30, 2017. Current member agencies/individuals and potential new members must apply for membership for the period of July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018. To apply/re-apply for membership, all agencies (current & new members) must complete our online CoC Membership Application.

HUD has recently released the 2017 HMIS Data Dictionary, which documents the requirements for the programming and use of all HMIS systems and comparable database systems, effective October 1, 2017.
