CES BNL Webinar
Before you are able to access the list you must be trained and certified to participate in the working of the list. Training begins with viewing online webinar video of the CoC’s CES Training. The videos can be viewed via the following links:

CES BNL Training Quiz
After viewing the webinar(s), all trainees wishing to access the BNL must take a brief quiz. Complete the questions to test your knowledge about our Coordinated Entry System BNL process. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your score. If your score is equal to or greater than 75%, you have passed the quiz and be given access to the BNL. If less than 75%, please retake the quiz.

CES BNL Access
BNL Access will be granted via email from the CoC Coordinator within 48-72 hours of taking the quiz. To expedite the process, please forward your quiz score as well as a valid Google (Gmail) account to rglenn@msbos.org. Access to the list will be given via the requested Gmail email account.
