This meeting serves as an opportunity for service organizations in the Southeast Region of Mississippi (also known as the Pine Belt region) to gather and explore ideas centered around the establishment of purpose, goals, and objectives for their region.

Coalition Meeting Schedule

Most meetings for the Southeast Coalition are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10 AM. Meetings are hosted at various locations throughout the Southeast Region & online via Zoom on unique occasions. To see a schedule of upcoming meetings visit this link: msbos.org/events.

Coalition Outreach Teams

The Pine Belt Homeless Outreach Team meets weekly to canvass the homeless community throughout the Pine Belt region. The largest homeless concentration for the region is centered in Hattiesburg, MS.

Outreach Team Logistics

• The team does outreach for approximately 2 hours.
• Please dress comfortably for outreach. Jeans, boots/sneakers, jacket/coats, and gloves are appropriate attire for the occasion.
• Please bring all necessary items needed for identification and communication (clipboard, forms, cards, cell phone, etc.).
• If you are not able to attend the duration of outreach, please come as much as time will allow.
