Audi of America, Inc. established the Audi Veterans to Technicians Program to meet the growing and predicted future dealership demand for talented and experienced technicians. The purpose of the Audi Veterans to Technicians Program is to attract skilled former military maintenance technicians to become brand-certified Audi Service Technicians, Service Consultants / Advisors, and Parts Specialists, which is expanding the pool of qualified personnel employed by authorized Audi dealerships.

Audi of America is pleased to welcome skilled Veterans into our organization and culture through the Audi Veterans to Technicians Program, one of several exciting initiatives designed to expand the quality, diversity and depth of the Audi dealership after sales workforce.

The Audi Veterans to Technicians Program provides highly skilled Veterans with the opportunity to apply and qualify for potential employment. Veterans will receive individualized support from a team of dedicated program staff who will coordinate all facets of the candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Veteran candidates with a strong military maintenance background, who meet Audi foundational skills criteria, will be pre-screened to ensure they have the potential to meet dealership Service Technician, Shop Foreman, or Service Consultant requirements. Minimum targeted requirements include:

• An Honorable Discharge from the military
• Technical training and performance (3 years or more)
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic pre-employment screening requirements
